Scott Matthews and I grew up together in Scarborough. We formed our first band Crucial Taunt in our early teens and after a couple years Scott moved out of the neighbourhood and soon had local success with his EP Boats In Rivers, getting tons of airplay and selling thousands of copies of his independent release.
